Zvezdniki, ki jih odlikuje karizma in estetika na odru, očarljiva interpretacija, nedoumljiva komunikacija v paru ter edinstven sodoben slog. Predani odlični pedagogi, ki vzgajajo v univerzalnem, svetovljanskem tangu. Žlahtno tradicijo tanga reiterpretirajo ter izumljajo sodoben plesni izraz zaradi katerega je tango bolj in bolj priljubljen na svetovnih plesiščih. Občudujejo in posnemajo jih mnogih tangerji, ki jim je najbrž prav zato tango življenjski slog.

Prvi par našega lanskega festivala, ki se letos vračata in potrjujeta, da sta eden trenutno najboljših parov tanga na svetu. Njune delavnice so polne, njune predstave dih jemajoče izražajo sočno muzikalno poustvarjanje glasbe in neverjetna gibkost in estetiko uigranega vrhunskega para. Še več, Sebastian bo DJ na zaključni nedeljski milongi v Tango baru.
Sebastian Arce and Mariana Montes are outstanding teachers of the very highest level: clear, concise, humorous and always to the point, coupled with a thorough understanding of the students' needs. Their style of dancing as well as their teaching methodology encompasses all styles, being rooted in a solid classical technique but taking in all new techniques and approaches to teaching. Consider today as the main icons for the young generation of tango dancers, they both gather an extensive career in Tango: Sebastian came to tango at the tender age of 8 and as a teenager already had performed in practically all theatres in Buenos Aires. Mariana began her career as a folklore dancer and was part of the Salta Ballet. Separetly they took also part in the films Evita (starring Madonna), in Carlos Saura's Tango, 3 Wives, and in Happy Together. As a dance couple they've participated as headline couple on all the biggest Festivals in Europe. As tango producers Sebastian and Mariana have organized with their international organization TANGO RENAISSANCE several different events in Argentina, Europe and USA. Choreographers of the show Piazzolleando, presented in Belgium, Italy, France, Neatherlands, England, and Germany. Their projects today include a set-up of a new show "Exodo Tangueado" with the co-direction of Mariano Chicho Frumboli and original music, the first Electronic-Tango Festival in Buenos Aires, and a series of tango clips for Argentinean and French TV. Sebastian and Mariana are in high demand worldwide: they are simply among the very best, on stage, as tango promoters, producers and teachers.

Mariano Chicho Frumboli & Juana Sepulveda
Mojster ritma Chicho je bil gost Tango argentino kluba Ljubljana leta 2005. Po nekaj letih se je spet odzval vabilu v Ljubljano in je najbolj težko pričakovan gost. Na višku svoje plesne kariere, občudovan 'glasbenik' na plesišču, inovator svobodnega duha, ikona novega tanga. Njegovi novi plesni partnerici, Juani , pa pravijo bodoča 'top' plesalka tanga.
Mariano Frumboli, also known as Chicho, has played the main role in the creative evolution of tango in the last 10 years. It is undoubtly thanks to his extensive artistic background that Chicho was capable of seeing in tango more than a dance prefixed by strong popular believes. His musical background allowed him to relate to music differently than his predecesors, he created a unique complicity with the music, a relationship that no other dancer before has been able to stablish and that was inspirational for the new generation of tango dancers.
Chicho's theatrical background influenced tango dance also by adding to the dance aesthetics and forms never used before in tango, and that went directly against the well known rules or matters of the past social tango dance but that today are used among professionals and amaterus all around the world.
Chicho's work has been one of the biggest gifts that an artist could have given to any art form: the continuous inquirement, the research, the quest for originality, and full hearted creativity.
Chicho's maind project, alonside with Sebastian Arce and Mariana Montes is working today on puting together a very original show titled EXODO tangueado to be presented in Europe and Asia, starting on November 2007.
Juana Sepulveda, is one of the youngest recent born stars in the tango sky, she spans the entire range of expression from an innovative subtlety to a stunning manifestation of power in every movement, always matched by her unswerving musicality and pure sensuality.

Pablo Rodriguez & Noelia Hurtado
Vzhajajoči zvezdi, mlada tangerja, zmagovalca prestižnega tekmovanja Campeonato metropolitano de Buenos Aires leta 2006 v kategoriji Tango salon. Plešeta na vseh večjih milongah in sta gosta velikih evropskih festivalov. V Ljubljani sta bila gosta šole 100%TANGO novembra lani in tako navdušila, da sta dobila povabilo tudi na aprilski festival. Sladka posebnost: Noelia bo na zaključni nedeljski milongi praznovala svoj 20. rojstni dan.
In 2003, Noelia Hurtado and Pablo Rodríguez met in the prestigious Club Sunderland starting an artistic career together. They have studied with professors Carlos Perez and Rosa Forte with whom they learnt the basis of famous Villa Urquiza style and also participate in Tango Argentino style Academy. They also took classes with famous professors such as: Pablo Veron, Horacio Godoy, Julio Balmaceda & Corina de la Rosa, Javier Rodriguez, Esteban Moreno & Claudia Codega, Francisco Forqueira & Natalia Hills, El Chino Perido, Osvaldo & Coca, Gloria & Eduardo Arquimbay among others.
Noelia and Pablo made an intense investigation with important milonga professors acquiring the style and forms of tango as a popular dance as well as the new tendencies thus merging the traditional essence with modern tango. They combine the attributes of Villa Urquiza tango and milonga with new elements and techniques of contemporary tango. This couple builds an elegant style with the strength of traditional tango, great musicality and movement dynamic.
In 2006 they were selected as Metropolitan Champions of Tango Salon of Buenos Aires and Metropolitan Sub-Champions of Milonga. During this period, they performed exhibitions in the most prestigious milongas of Buenos Aires. Noelia and Pablo danced together in different European countries such as: Great Britain, Italy, Holland, with great success performing numerous exhibitions and workshops.
